Mr. Sahil Thaploo has been a visionary individual right from the beginning.

Before embarking on the journey of being a prestigious director of a successful business of his own, he mustered all sorts of qualities, which advertently showed hard-work, effectiveness, efficiency, dedication, and most of all, consistency, throughout the journey of his life.

He had a hint of the direction in his early days, which solidified further in his college days, in pursual of his B.tech Degree from Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala, Haryana where through his journey of passing all his academics requirements with flying colors, he accumulated the will to start something, which he could his own.

Thus, started the magical journey of UPS, where he took the first steps in the form of calculated risks, building the same from the ground up.

Being a director, there is no doubt that he is a hardworking person, who has the responsibility to overlook each and every aspect of the daily working of the company, right to the tiniest details. 

His responsibility includes running the company’s daily matters in a smooth flow, keeping everyone in the loop, building a connection and managing them throughout with the clients and the employees, managing the finances to the last of the penny, and lending a helping hand to his fellow employees and his fellow director in times of need and wants. With an avid understanding of Patents, and its crucial filing process, illustrations, etc. He is more than qualified to manage a successful bunch of employees under him.

When he is not busy running his company, he is indulged in reading various genres of books which inculcates the quality of patiently completing something slowly and thoroughly, listening to music to ease his mind up, and spending time with his family and friends on top priority.

The employees of UPS are blessed to have such a down to the earth director, who is open to all the ideas they have to offer, and inculcating them to the highest of administrative policies, thus, making them feel included, and more importantly, running them together as a combined team.

Mr. Vijay Kaushik is the working gear of the company, without which nothing would move an inch forward.

If Mr. Sahil Thaploo is the man for the administrative and managing purposes, then Mr. Vijay Kaushik is the man for the technical strata, which is more or less the soul of the company itself.

With his immense and articulate skillset of AutoCAD and all the other relevant software, which are required to build Patent Drawings, illustrations, alterations, corrections, etc., and the mannerism in which everything is executed, the end product is a highly polished and shiny gold-like possession. 

He also has the utmost duty to check and double-check his employee’s work, make them free of any errors, and proof them before amalgamating them into their relevant projects, all the while motivating and teaching his employees the requires skillset, which would definitely help them in their future prospects.

In his free time, Mr. Vijay Kaushik likes to travel on long road trips on his beloved bike, and read books on his personal Kindle, eventually making the most out of his free time.

No matter the long hours required to execute the required job, Mr. Vijay Kaushik is always up for it, both personally to grow as a person through his skills, and as a responsible Director of his successful company UPS.

Without the helping hand of Robert, the transportation of important products and services of the company would be more than difficult to get through in the first place. He is the man for the ground operations where the actual exchange takes place and is fully qualified to interact with the clients firsthand.

Robert likes to sketch and draw the natural surrounding around him in his free time which is innovative at its best.

He is a proven man to head the operations pertaining to day-to-day handlings of the company, particularly in the sales department, in the international market. His exact role is the smoothen the flow of the exchanges between the clients and the administration at the practical level.

He has immense practical knowledge of Patent Drawings and moreover, their filing process in the right and accelerated manner. He has worked diligently with the UPS Team to further increase his knowledge about the same.

A dedicated Business Development Manager, which has the utmost responsibility to keep up and running the International Business and sales in a smooth flow, once the required product of the UPS’s Patent Drawings, illustrations, etc. crosses the international border or spectrum virtually.

Hobbies:

When he has the time to spare, he loves to indulge himself in physical activities, specifically running and cycling, and has an avid interest in playing digital games.

Will is spectacular with his Business skills, precisely in the area of Development of a Business’s growth. In UPS, he has the utmost responsibility to pave the way for the company’s working and executions in the international market and bring in a hint of diversity of UPS’s employees’ deck. He manages the aspect of International Sales, and overlooks every delivery, keeping a track of everything down to the details, along with a specific role in handling the clients by fulfilling their relevant requirements and grievances in an efficient and effective manner.

Ken is an elegant Manager in International Sales, where he is fully indulged in the Sales department for the company in the international arena. Coordinating with his other counterparts, he provides a smooth flow of the sales aspect and makes sure that the deliverance of the products is executed without any hassled.

Hobbies:

Ken is an admirer of the environment and an avid writer. He takes his free time to divulge into nature with his personal thoughts and writes to calm down his nerves.

Experience in UPS:

Being the sole Manager in International Sales, UPS’s environment and opportunities have given him the exact tools to show his excellent qualities and skillset when it comes to managing the entire operations of sales. He is precisely responsible for managing the sales and moreover, pitching the name of UPS products and services in the right market, all so to get the abundance amount of orders and increasing the client base for the company.

He has an excellent practical knowledge about Sales and their relevant aspects with brief knowledge about Patent Drawings and their official registration processes and formalities.

He has a role of managing the Finances and being Secretarial at the same time. He brings in diversity through his role in the company, indulged in the smooth executions of the various formal forms/applications/documentation, which are required legally.

Educational Qualification:

He is a proud member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since January of 2017, and to reach this point, he prominently completed his graduation from the University of Rajasthan.

Hobbies:

Being a busy man, he really looks up to the free time to practice his love for reading books and to catch up on the various shows which he diligently follows.

He has the most versatile position in the company’s profile, where he connects the dots together to make a meaningful shape. He has the utmost responsibility of making sure that the relevant paperwork is done in time so that the flow is not halted due to any technical reason, and to keep the Directors and the administrations up to date with the requirement of the employees.
